The request includes its service page, request identifier, and basic campaign/source information when available. Please do not enter financial or sensitive personal information.
Where requests go
Requests are stored in Apex Roofing’s Netlify Forms account for the team to review and respond. A submission is not an appointment or a marketing subscription.
Website events and source information
The website creates interaction events for form starts, accepted submissions, errors, inspection links, and call links when available. These events do not include your name, phone, address, or form text. No external analytics reporting service is currently connected to this website. Basic visit-source information may be held in session storage and included with your inspection request.
Hosting
Netlify processes connection information needed to host the site and filter form spam.
